Come see some of the best athletes in professional rodeo compete in Saddle Bronc, Bareback, Team Roping, Bullriding, Calf Roping, Team Penning and Mutton Bustin.  This has been a Yuma tradition for 66 years, come help make it a success.
The Silver Spur Rodeo is the single largest project each year for the Yuma Jaycees.  Yuma Jaycees and the other volunteers work virtually all year long to put together the Silver Spur Rodeo.  The Yuma Jaycees have proudly brought the greatest American sport to southwest Arizona for the last 66 years.
The Rodeo, which takes place the 2nd weekend in February, is a PRCA sanctioned rodeo, which draws top cowboys and cowgirls from all around the Turquoise Circuit and beyond.
The 2011 Silver Spur Rodeo will take place the 11th, 12th, and 13th of February at the Yuma County Fairgrounds.  There are big plans for 2011, so be sure you are there. They will also be raffling off a brand new saddle and will be doing a 50/50 raffle where you could win money.  Guaranteed entertainment for the entire family!
